More baby news for the crew on How I Met Your Mother. Looks like Cobie Smulders (what a name!) has her own baby on the way. Only a few weeks after Alyson Hannigan shared her own baby news (and after Lily and Marshall decided that they’re not quite ready themselves for a wee one), this one really makes us wonder what will happen on the show.
So far, like with Alyson, the writers have not said anything about whether Robin will be or won’t be pregnant on the show. Alyson already told us that so far their hiding her bump, but can they do it for both? Could it be that Lily and Robin will be trading in their boot obsessions for some classy large totes?
Personally, I’d find it interesting to see what Robin would do with an accidental pregnancy. More so, what would Barney do–especially after we saw his reaction to his brother’s adoption. It could be a great twist, though I’m not sure exactly if it’s what the show would need.
Ok, so I have no answers, but if anything, they might need a bigger daycare behind the scenes.
